The product

What is SMOODI?

Smoodi is a daily supplement for hormone and metabolic heatlh built around female physiology. Each 40 g serve combines 25 g of hydrolysed grass-fed beef protein with a full matrix of actives — myo-inositol, chromium, L-theanine, rhodiola, gold and green kiwifruit prebiotics, bioactive B vitamins, vitamin D3 and K2, zinc and more.

It's organised around one idea: everyday wellbeing is shaped by how you manage stress, energy and digestion. Rather than targeting any single outcome, Smoodi brings together nutrients that support those foundations — including chromium, which contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, and B vitamins, which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How is it different from a regular protein powder?

A standard protein powder gives you protein. Smoodi delivers 25 g of protein per serve — which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones — and then layers in actives that a person would otherwise buy as six to eight separate supplements: a vitamin D + K2 product, a B-complex, zinc, myo-inositol, an adaptogen blend, and a digestive enzyme and prebiotic.

It's formulated to a practitioner standard: bioactive ingredient forms, clinically chosen doses, branded prebiotics dosed to their published trials, and full label transparency — no proprietary blends.

What does Smoodi taste like, and what's in it for flavour?

Smoodi is vanilla, sweetened with stevia, with a creamy mouthfeel from the MCT powder. The only sensory ingredients are natural vanilla flavour and stevia - a non-nutritive sweetener with no impact on blood sugar, which keeps it consistent with the metabolic positioning.

Is the formula fully transparent? Can I see every dose?

Yes. Every ingredient and its delivered active is listed on-pack - no proprietary blends, no hidden quantities.

FAQs

Using SMOODI

How do I take it?

Mix one 40 g serve with water or milk. You can also add it to smoothies. With every order you will receive a QR code with smoothie recipes by our holistic nutritionisy & chef.

When's the best time of day?

Morning or post-workout suits most people. If you're sensitive to stimulation, take it earlier in the day rather than late - rhodiola can be mildly activating and is best kept away from bedtime.

Can I take it every day? How soon will I notice anything?

Smoodi is designed for daily use, and it settles in with consistency rather than overnight. Most people find their digestion adjusts to a new daily supplement within the first couple of weeks. As with any nutritional foundation, the value comes from regular use over time rather than any single serve.

Can I use it alongside other supplements?

In most cases, yes — Smoodi is designed as a daily foundation you can build on. For example, some people who take myo-inositol choose a higher daily total than the 2 g Smoodi provides, and may add a standalone product to reach it.

Check the combined total of any nutrient you're taking from more than one source. Keep total preformed vitamin A and total vitamin B6 across your whole regimen within recommended limits, and if you take levothyroxine, separate it from Smoodi by at least four hours, as zinc can reduce its absorption.

When in doubt, it's best to consult a practitioner.

FAQS

Who is it for?

Who is Smoodi designed for?

SMOODI i is suitable for adult women, across a wide range of life stages and goals:

  • Women who want to take care of their health and are busy juggling family, career and social life
  • Women managing PCOS or insulin-related symptoms
  • Perimenopausal and menopausal women
  • Women using HRT, or living after a hysterectomy
  • Women focused on metabolic health, muscle maintenance and healthy ageing
  • Active women who want high-quality protein with added functional support

What's the youngest age it can be used?

Smoodi is formulated for adults - appropriate for women aged 18 and over. The protein content, adaptogens and hormonal-support ingredients are built around adult nutritional needs.

Can I take it alongside HRT?

It may be used alongside HRT under healthcare guidance, as part of a broader menopause-support approach. The formula supplies nutrients relevant during menopause - protein for muscle preservation, vitamin D3 and K2 for bone health, zinc, myo-inositol and rhodiola among them.

Important: Smoodi is not a replacement for HRT and does not balance hormones directly. It supports metabolic, musculoskeletal and nutritional health around it.

Is it suitable after a hysterectomy?

The nutrient profile is relevant for women recovering from, or living after, a hysterectomy — a time when maintaining bone density and lean muscle are common priorities. Smoodi's protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass and normal bones, and its vitamin D and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. As always, follow the guidance of your own healthcare team.

Does it support women with PCOS?

Many women interested in metabolic health look closely at the ingredients here. Smoodi supplies chromium at 200 mcg, which contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, alongside zinc, vitamin D and 25 g of protein per serve. It also provides 2 g of myo-inositol.

Can vegetarians or vegans take it?

No. The protein base is grass-fed beef isolate, so Smoodi is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

FAQs

Safety & Interactions

Are there allergens I should know about?

Yes. Smoodi contains beef and kiwifruit, and includes bromelain (from pineapple, with possible latex cross-reactivity) and artichoke (Asteraceae family - relevant if you react to ragweed or daisy). Check the full label if you have any known allergy.

Who should avoid Smoodi or check with a clinician first?

Speak to a healthcare professional before use - or avoid - if any of these apply:

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding - not recommended without professional sign-off, due to rhodiola and preformed vitamin A
  • Warfarin or other vitamin-K-antagonist anticoagulants - the vitamin K2 (MK-7) directly opposes their action; avoid or use only under medical supervision with INR monitoring
  • Diabetes medication - chromium, inositol, leucine and the protein preload are additively glucose-lowering; coordinate with your prescriber and monitor
  • Lithium - caution, due to inositol
  • Bipolar disorder - caution, as rhodiola can be activating
  • Advanced kidney disease - the high protein load may not be appropriate
  • Gallstones or bile-duct obstruction - artichoke stimulates bile flow

This isn't a complete list. If you take any regular medication, check with your healthcare provider and use a validated interactions checker before starting.

Will it affect my thyroid medication or other prescriptions?

If you take levothyroxine, separate it from Smoodi by at least four hours, since zinc can reduce its absorption. Bromelain may increase the absorption of some antibiotics, and folate can interact with methotrexate and certain anti-epileptics. When in doubt, run your full regimen past your prescriber or pharmacist.

Is the product quality tested?

Smoodi is reviewed against published human evidence and supported by certificates of analysis. We hold documentation on the protein source and the standardisation of botanical ingredients, and quality and stability checks are part of our ongoing process. We undergo third-party testing for heavy metals and contamination.

Price & Ordering

Why is SMOODI priced the way it is?

Smoodi replaces a shelf of separate products. A single daily serve can stand in for a protein powder, a multivitamin, a separate vitamin D + K2, a B-complex, zinc, myo-inositol, an adaptogen blend, and a digestive enzyme and prebiotic.

The cost reflects that consolidation, and the quality behind it:

  • Bioactive ingredient forms - 5-MTHF, methylcobalamin, P5P, zinc picolinate -rather than cheaper, less usable versions
  • Branded prebiotics dosed to match their published trials
  • Full label transparency with no proprietary blends
  • A formula reviewed against the clinical literature and prepared to a practitioner standard

It is positioned as a premium daily foundation, not a budget protein. The honest comparison is against the basket of products it consolidates, not against a single tub of isolate.

How many servings are in a pouch?

Each 800 g pouch contains 20 servings of 40 g - around a month's supply if you take it five days a week, or three weeks of daily use.
